Everyone aboard the plane was killed.

1. texting by drivers up 50% in 2010-Texting while driving increased 50 percent last year and two out of 10 drivers say they've sent text messages or emails while behind the wheel despite a rush by states to ban the practice. this is bad because that means the risk of being in an accident also increases.
2. remains of 274 troops reportedly dumped in Virginia landfill-  after dead troops returned home to Virginia they are supposed to be reported to there families were they are. these 274 troops were incinerated and dumped in a landfill. The families of the dead authorized the military to dispose of the remains respectfully and with dignity. They were unaware of the landfill dumping, and Air Force officials told the newspaper they have no plans now to alert the families.
3. albert pujols agrees to 10 year deal with Anaheim angels- albert pujols reportedly agreed to a 10 year 25 million dollar contract today says an anonymous source. he was also being pursued by the miami marlins after leading his old team the st louis cardinals to there second championship this fall. pujols is a 3 time mvp in the national league.

2. still no plea deal for 12-year old murder suspect cristian fernandez in florida-  It seems that 12-year-old murder suspect Cristian Fernandez will not be offered a plea deal. This means the boy, if convicted, could be in prison for the rest of his life. cristian is accused of pushing his brother into a bookshelf so hard it killed him.

3. tiger woods snaps two-year title drought with win at chevron world challenge- tiger woods hit two birdies on 17 and 18 after his competitor zach johnson hit one on 16 to take the lead. this is tigers first win since the 2009 Australian masters. after tiger won it was back to the usual huge crowd roar and his famous fist pump.
